30-day returns and exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days after delivery. To start a request, email jerimiahlupas018640@outlook.com with your order number, the item you would like to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.

How to return an item

Please contact us before mailing an item. We will provide instructions and confirm the return address and shipping arrangements for your order. Please keep the product and its packaging while your request is being reviewed, and pack any returned fragrance securely.

NJKLAJH covers return shipping for all approved returns. Please contact us to arrange return shipping before sending an item back.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and reviewed. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Contact us within the 30-day window to request an exchange. Exchanges depend on the availability of the replacement item. We will confirm the next steps with you before you send anything back.
